Use Foxit Updater

  1. Choose File > Preferences > Updater.
  2. Check the appropriate option according to your requirements.
  • Automatically install updates: Foxit PDF Editor regularly checks for updates and downloads them automatically when there are available updates. Next time you launch the application, the updates will be installed automatically. 
  • Automatically download updates, but let me choose when to install them (recommended): This option is checked by default, which enables Foxit PDF Editor to download updates automatically. When the download completes, an “Update” button will appear at the top right corner of the application window for you to install the update.
  • Do not download or install updates automatically: Never download or install updates automatically.
  1. Click OK.
